Need to add a person to IQS for your agency/department? Fill out this document and send to tamara.dierks@state.sd.us.
IQS numbers are no longer generated when a report is filed with State Fire Marshal's office. All incidents assigned a state fire number are added as time allows (but we try for weekly updates).For all other incidents that need an IQS number, please email Tamara.dierks@state.sd.us with the date and name of the incident and one will be created.
